Step 1 : Skills Bank

On receiving a requisition, we proceed to advertise (if necessary) the particular position. Many times, we may already have on our 'Skills Bank' the right candidate for the job through our consistent advertising, selecting, and registering of qualified individuals.

Step 2 : Screening

All jobseekers are carefully interviewed and screened. Applicants’ computer skills are tested relevant to the particular position.

Step 3 : Client's Approval

With this complete documentation, candidates matching as closely as possible the client’s job requirements are shortlisted and their profiles submitted to the client for interview consideration and final selection.
