On receiving a requisition, we proceed to advertise (if necessary) the particular position. Many times, we may already have on our 'Skills Bank' the right candidate for the job through our consistent advertising, selecting, and registering of qualified individuals.

The second step is screening

Successful applicants are carefully interviewed and screened. Candidates are tested relevant to the particular position.

The final step is client's approval

With this complete documentation, the selected successful candidates are sent to the client, by appointment at the client's convenience, for final selection.
