Temporary Staff
Temporary staff fees are quoted when the requisition is made and are in accordance with the particular classification and experience of the employee assigned. The fee quoted covers our employee's salary for actual hours worked; administration of payroll records; statutory deductions, related processing overheads.
Normal Hours
Minimum charge is a 7-hour day except in the case of a special arrangement, such as a continuing half-day job.
Overtime Hours
- Charged after 8 hours (+50%)
- Doubletime (+100%) charged for Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and after midnight
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
Should any EAA temporary employee be not entirely satisfactory, we will replace them OR, at our discretion and if notified within a 4-hour period from the start of the assignment, will cancel such charges that have accumulated.
Terms and Conditions
Should any of our employees be transferred to the client's payroll (whether on a temporary or permanent basis) within an assignment, while in our employ, or within 12 months of having resigned, our normal 100% placement fee will be applied and the client is obligated to pay this fee.
Assignments exceeding six (6) months will be subject to further negotiations.
