Permanent Placement
On confirmation by the client of the acceptance of our candidate, the administrative fee of
100% of one month's remuneration (plus VAT)
is applied in accordance with remuneration as stated in Employee's Contract - which contract letter must be copied to us.
The Placement Fee will be invoiced on the date the placement is confirmed and is due and payable on rendering of our invoice. All placement guarantees are valid only if payment is received by the due date.
Terms of Candidacy
Any candidate referred by us in either verbal or written form will remain our candidate for a period of 12 months from the date of initial submission. Should client employ this candidate for any position within this period - client is obligated to pay the relevant fee.
Should client refer our candidate to an associated, or any other firm, resulting in employment, client is obligated to ensure that our terms are honoured.
Terms of Payment
A placement is deemed valid upon the client's verbal or written agreement to employ a referred candidate and providing said candidate's acceptance of the offer is confirmed.
Placement guarantees are valid only if payment is received by the due date.
Cash Refund and / or Free Replacement Guarantee on Permanent Placement
A choice of guarantee will apply whenever a placed employee is dismissed for cause or leaves, without cause, within a two-month period from the starting date.
Assuming the invoice has been paid in full:
- The client will be entitled to a refund of the Administrative Fee LESS the $200 disbursement.
ALTERNATIVELY
- Will be entitled to one free replacement equal to the amount of the original invoiced placement fee LESS the disbursement.
- Should a placed candidate fail to start work, and we are so advised, our Administrative Fee is cancelled.
The above guarantees will apply only when we are advised of the employee's termination within a reasonable period of time subsequent to the final day of employment.
