Clients
Question: What costs are involved, should we use your services to source staff?
Answer: In the case of permanent placement, once a candidate has been engaged by the client, our administrative fee is applied i.e. 100% of one month's remuneration. There are no other costs involved, except in situations where special advertising has been requested by the client.
For temporary assignments, our fee is charged on an hourly basis and is dependent upon the classification of staff requested, the skills and qualifications required for a particular assignment.
Question: What is the disbursement fee?
Answer: Should our recommended candidates not be employed, the client is liable to a disbursement of $200 (plus VAT), this charge offering some compensation towards our advertising, administrative and documentation costs.
Question: What if I extend a job offer to one of your candidates directly?
Answer: Any candidate referred by us in either verbal or written form will remain our candidate for a period of 12 months from the date of initial submission. Should a client employ this candidate for ANY position within this period, client is obligated to pay the relevant fee.
Question: What if I refer one of your candidates to a colleague or associated company?
Answer: Should a client refer our candidate to an associated (or any other) firm resulting in employment, the client is obligated to ensure that our terms are honoured.
Question: Suppose a candidate placed with a client leaves or is terminated?
Answer: Should a placed employee be dismissed for cause or leaves (without cause) within a two-month period from the starting date and assuming our invoice has been paid in full, the client will be entitled to a refund of the Administrative Fee less the disbursement, or will be entitled to one free replacement equal to the amount of the original invoiced placement fee.
Question: Suppose a candidate placed with a client fails to start work?
Answer: If a placed candidate fails to start work, our Administrative Fee is cancelled. The disbursement is payable.
Question: Suppose I am not satisfied with the performance of an Eve Anderson Associates (EAA) temporary employee?
Answer: Should any EAA temporary employee be not entirely satisfactory, we will replace them, OR, at our discretion and if notified within a 4-hour period from the start of the assignment we will cancel such charges that have accumulated.
Question: What fees are charged, should we wish to employ one of your temporary employees assigned to our organization?
Answer: Should any of our EAA temporary employees be transferred to the client's payroll (whether on a temporary or permanent basis) within an assignment, while still in our employ (or within 12 months of having resigned) our normal 100% placement fee will be applied and the client is obligated to pay this fee.
